The easiest way to get a credit application is to click here and download it. You can also ask your salesperson to send it to you, or come to our facility and ask one of our pick-up professionals for a copy as well. Once you fill it out you can mail it in, scan and e-mail it, fax it, bring it to us in person…you get the idea. Applying for credit is easy. We want to keep it that way.

That depends. We offer a variety of terms and payment options to suit the needs of our many customers. There is no “one size fits all” answer. Our goal is to work with our customers to make it easy to do business with us, and that requires flexibility when handling terms and methods of payment. Please discuss your needs with your sales representative and we will do our best to find a way that works best for you and for us.

We are happy to service all kinds of customers – large and small. Quaker Valley sells supermarkets, smaller independently-owned stores, jobbers, restaurants, wholesalers, importers.  At Quaker Valley, we do all we can to make any customer feel welcome, and to provide value that keeps you coming back to us for years.

Virtually all of our deliveries are made within a 200 mile radius of our facility. This includes Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia. Additionally, for customers outside of our normal delivery area, we can provide delivery of product in certain situations.  We provide Monday through Saturday deliveries in most of these areas, and will deliver to you the next day! Please discuss your needs with one of our sales representatives and we will do our best to help you out.

Quaker Valley warehouses and distributes a tremendous variety of food items, both fresh and frozen. We do business with many of the world’s largest food companies and have their product available for immediate pick up or next day delivery. In addition to the many national brands that we carry, we can also provide an assortment of our own private label items. While we are never happy to hear that a customer would like to return product to us, we understand that accepting returns is a necessary part of our business. That’s why we do all we can to make this process quick, simple and hassle free. If you buy something from us, you can return it to us – it’s that easy! All we ask is that you handle the product you need to return with the same care and concern that we did before you got it from us.

While there is no official minimum, the fact is that we are a wholesale distributor. We do not want to make customers buy more than they need, but our delivery customers must be able to buy in wholesale quantities. A good rule of thumb is that if you can fit the order you need into the trunk of your car, then you probably should be a pick-up customer. (Orders placed by 5:00 PM can be picked up the following morning. Pickup Hours Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM)

Otherwise, we are happy to provide next day delivery service within our delivery area, free of charge.

Orders submitted by 5pm will go out for delivery the next day in nearly all of our service areas-including Saturdays.

For outside deliveries, we are unable to provide a parking location overnight. Quaker Valley is located within minutes from a few truck stops.
